MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dr. Sitaram Prasad Paikray is a first generation entrepreneur and Founder Director of Traceability UK Limited and Group Companies. He began his business in 1990s by introducing the biotechnology products in India.

With more than 20 years of experience, he is a development strategist and visionary with the ability to transform an idea into business model, developing strategies depending upon the available scenario promoting series of new ventures in high technology business with equal emphasis on social sectors development.

Dr. Prasad facilitates and generates opportunities for Public and Private Institutions for sourcing of high quality natural resources from different countries.

Dr. Prasad’s interpersonal skills is an asset for TRACE in providing world class services including business structuring, business outsourcing, trading, supply chain management, due diligence, consultation and advisory to our valued customer.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

With more than 35 years of experience in corporate banking, financing and management, Javed has multidimensional profile of dealing with various Infra-structural, Power, Mining, downstream and upstream projects in Oil & Gas Industry. The strong knowledge and expertise of business structuring enabled him to provide world class services to these sectors and create companies with exit strategy by trade sale or by IPO on global stock markets.

He has been associated with Government of Shanyang, China as an Advisor, Financial and Economic Affairs .

He has been CEO of China Construction Fund which is Hong Kong registered subsidiary of CNT Group, wholly owned by various Chinese State Owned Groups to invest in Africa and other countries to source Oil, Gas and Mineral reserves to fuel Chinese economy.

He has been instrumental in introducing major Chinese State Owned Groups in Power, Oil & Gas and Infra-structure Groups to offer EPC and BOT projects. In addition to major groups from Europe, USA and Far East associated with government owned and private sector Funds from these regions.

His relationships with major global investment funds, banks and royal families in Middle East has given TRACEABILITY an edge over other organizations where we are able to close deals with turnkey services in all sectors.

DIRECTOR ( FINANCE )

Malcolm is qualified in Accounting and Finance, with Degrees and affiliates from Chartered Institute of Bankers (1975), Institute of Exports (1990) and Business Counselor Accreditation (1994).

While working with Lloyds Bank and Johnson Mathey Bankers Limited as a manager, he got expertise in raising funds for various companies engaged in export and foreign projects in Africa. He then established his own finance and fund raising Consultancy in London to provide specialized finance and fund raising services to major trade houses and logistics support groups in their foreign projects while managing their finance divisions.

He has also been managing allocated World Bank Funds for various countries in West Africa in addition to Vietnam.

From 1995, Malcolm is Regional Director of Beer & Partners that is the largest Angle Network of investors in United Kingdom and is board member of various listed companies engaged in Power, Oil & Gas and Mining Sectors, in addition to his portfolio of Finance Director at Traceability UK Limited.

DIRECTOR ( ADMINISTRATION )

Mr. David is a specialist in the Evaluation and Transfer of Technology in Steel-manufacturing, Ship-building, Petro-chemicals and Machine-tools.

He has a wide range of hands-on experience of working on multidimensional project operation around the world. As a director of Ashlow Steel & Engineering Ltd, in Sheffield, England, he was instrumental in building and supplying some of the first rod and bar mills to Pohang Steel (POSCO) in South Korea.

Mr. David was also involved in acquiring, dismantling and transferring the equipment from Barclay Curle’s dry dock in Glasgow to Canada, South Africa and South Korea, along with the transfer of Marine Engine manufacturing plant to South Asia. More recently, he has been developing domestic and overseas markets for Nano metric processing systems, Cupro water purification plants and the extraction of renewable biofuels and edibles oils using enzymatic low energy extraction processes.

Mr. David’s vast experience and qualifications is an asset to Traceability UK Ltd and Group Companies in building bridges between project owners and project engineering companies from Europe to far East including China to ensure successful launch of jointly owned projects and ultimate transfer of ownership, O&M to locals in place of domicile of the projects.

DIRECTOR ( INFRASTRUCTURAL PROJECTS AND HUMAN RESOURCES )

Mr. Goodwin is qualified civil engineer and an honorary member of Chartered Engineering/Institute of Civil Engineering. He has been a part of the infrastructure development firms for providing ground breaking technology to complete multimillion projects.

Out of 53 years of his experience in projects related to construction and infrastructure development, he has been working as senior management position from last more than 25 years including Director, Technical Director and Country Manager of various firms.

The broad areas of his expertise in infrastructure development include development of Roadway, Bridge, Tunnel, Sport complex, Mine, multistoried steel framed building, Expressway, trunk sewers, pumping stations and sewage treatment works construction, Cement plant expansion, Thermal power station, Port Development, etc. He has been associated with and handled various projects in the countries like India, Iraq, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Jordan, Tunisia, Chad & Tanzania.

Goodwin is associated with Traceability UK Ltd as Director Infrastructural Projects and Human Resources. He will lead the company with his business and technical acumen in various Real Estate and Infrastructure ventures in Europe and abroad.

DIRECTOR ( PROJECT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER )

Mr. Norman is highly experienced Electrical System and Power Engineer, with extensive knowledge of Power Generation, Transmission Lines, Distribution, Planning & Maintenance. With more than four decades of experience in planning, operation and maintenance of integrated electricity networks, overseeing power transmission and distribution projects, he has worked on various large size projects in various countries across the world.

He has worked as Project Director and Business Development Leader of various power companies including Interserve UK Limited (formerly Clough Smith Ltd) in UK, Kenya, Malawi, Indonesia and Antarctica.

DIRECTOR ( AGRI BUSINESS )

With more than 37 years of national and international experiences at various capacities, Dr. Das has established his credibility in Indian agricultural extension system, a few of which are establishment of Farm Science Centres in more than 600 rural districts of India, establishment of 44 Agricultural Technology Information Centres in various zones across the country.

His key areas of expertise include management and research programme, policy formulation, planning, coordination and monitoring involving high level inter-organizational and interpersonal communications coupled with consensus-building, negotiation, networking and multidisciplinary capacity building aiming at assessment, refinement and demonstration of technology/ products.

Dr. Das is having immense experience of project designing and project management in various sectors with economic viability to ensure the implementation of most competitive turnkey projects with performance guarantees.

CHIEF REPRESENTATIVE, CHINA

With more than 20 years’ working experience in international trade and finance, he has been the Director of CHINA CONSTRUCTION FUND in Hong Kong & Collins ( China ) Ltd which is SPV established in Hong Kong to bridge global private and public sector resources under special assignments.

He has now been given another special assignment to be Chief Representative in China of Traceability ( UK ) Limited i.e a SPV established with Indian and Middle Eastern prospective to Chinese public and private sectors.

Mr. David PENG has excellent business knowledge and sophisticated experience in diverse project development in China and he demonstrates his enthusiastic attitude towards all assignments for their successful completion.

He used to working with higher management under intense pressure on challenging jobs with distinctive success, vast experience in promoting foreign companies with skilled management and performance.
